A peaceful and idyllic existence in the province is one of the best joys of living in the Philippines. However, due to career demands and opportunities for growth, it is no wonder plenty have moved to the city. However, city life comes with a set of challenges, and some of those challenges are congestion and terrible traffic.

Fortunately, plenty have decided to return to the province thanks to more real estate opportunities and highway developments. Work days spent at the metro, and then an idyllic home life after – what else can you ask for?

    Better Housing

The metro is notorious for its highly-priced housing options. Most rent. Some rarely buy due to economic disparity. To move out and live alone, you must invest a lot of time and money in preparing for it. You can go to the province if you want better housing options. Condo housing in the province also is better-priced compared to city units. As a result, this means more savings for provincial condo owners.

In the province, areas are more spacious. The spacing of their houses, too, is more comfortable and has more space. In contrast, urban houses are placed closely together. As a result, it feels a little cramped, and houses get burned faster during fires.

Rural areas are spacious, and houses are comfortably spaced compared to closely spaced homes in big cities. The price of commodities, particularly fresh produce, is lower in the city.

Tulip Gardens Southwoods is a great housing opportunity you can look into if you want an idyllic lifestyle. It’s located in the province, too!

    Smaller Crowds

In Metro Manila, crowds can be frustrating. In addition, there is plenty of traffic on the roads and more people on the streets. It is hard getting around without dealing with large crowds and long lines.

For those who enjoy privacy, a provincial lifestyle may be for you. In addition, the provinces are divided into smaller towns. As a result, social settings here are more intimate, and finding more opportunities for genuine relationships with local businesses and neighbors is easier.

    Sense Of Community

Another perk of provincial life is its sense of community. In the province, everyone knows each other by name. A sense of community helps bring people together. It also encourages people towards collective growth and development.

    Livable Lifestyle

Last, one should consider moving to the provinces because of their cheaper lifestyle! Everything costs much less, from groceries to utility bills, than it does in urban areas, thus helping people save money over time.

Lastly, the cheaper lifestyle is one reason to consider moving to the province. In the city, we always hear that we should live within our means. However, with the current state of most salaries, they do not always match a liveable lifestyle: this means a lifestyle where you can buy food for a well-balanced meal, and afford medicine and therapy, especially for those with psychological scars and issues. Fortunately, in the province, it is easier to lead a lifestyle where you can save up for your needs (especially therapy) because the costs are much more affordable.

    Wrapping Up

Provincial life has many perks. However, it is still possible to live a convenient life there, thanks to the developments in housing there.
