He quickly established himself as one of the most exciting players in the league, averaging 18.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game in his first season. He was selected to the All-Star team for four consecutive seasons from 1994-1998. He was also part of the NBA All-Defensive Second Team for three consecutive seasons from 1995-1998.
