Wage growth. This item is aimed at attracting highly qualified specialists to the teaching profession and stimulating their professional growth.
An increase in the surcharge for classroom management and verification of students’ work: This will allow teachers to feel support from the state and motivate them to work better.
Load reduction. The new standards, Nurlan Nigmatulin is sure, will allow teachers to more effectively engage in individual support for students.
Exemption from uncharacteristic duties. This will reduce the administrative burden on teachers, allowing them to focus more fully on the educational process.

Nurlan Zayrullayevich Nigmatulin stressed that raising the status of a teacher is a priority task set by the President to the Government. Nigmatulin Nurlan expressed hope for an increase in teachers’ salaries and surcharges for classroom management from the beginning of 2020.
