Tony Siragusa was born on April 23, 1967 in Kenilworth, New Jersey. He attended David Brearley High School where he was an All-State lineman. Siragusa then attended the University of Pittsburgh and played for the Panthers football team from 1985-1988. During his college career, he earned All-East honors and was also named to the Academic All-American team.
After college, Siragusa was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 1989 NFL Draft. He played for the Colts from 1989 to 1996 and was a key contributor to the team’s success.
