Jahseh Onfroy, also known as XXXTentacion, was an American rapper, singer, and songwriter who was best known for his single “Look at Me” from his debut album 17. Early Life
XXXTentacion was born on January 23, 1998, in Plantation, Florida. He was raised by his grandmother in Lauderhill, Florida, and attended Margate Middle School. His mother was a drug addict and his father was in and out of prison, leaving him to be raised by his grandmother. He was known for being a troublemaker in school and was expelled from Margate Middle School for fighting. He then attended Piper High School, but was expelled for fighting again.

XXXTentacion began his career in 2013 when he released his first song, “News/Flock”, on SoundCloud. He quickly rose to fame after his song “Look at Me” went viral in 2016.
